Longtime friends Dale Hawkins and Teresa Lipps, co-owners of Fish Hawk Acres established in 2007. A farm, a Market, a Restaurant in the evening, and a wildly popular custom catering service, Fish Hawk Acres provides fresh food sourced locally and regionally. The Market store front opened in November 2015 and offers daily specials for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Each dish is made in house with special flair and flavors to satisfy most appetites. The extensive bakery selections are too numerous to name and change daily; sumptuous scones, oversized cookies, meringue pies, layered cakes, delightful cupcakes, decadent tarts and famous Pepperoni Rolls, just to name a few. Also offering numerous Gluten Free baked goods, as well as, Vegetarian and Gluten Free meals and sides. Pre-orders for custom cooking and baking is also available with a few days notice. The market is one part of the trifecta -the 40 Acre Farm and custom catering complete the circle. Catering has been part of the Dale and Teresa’s legacy since they began working together over 20 years ago. Catering is available for most any setting, comfy & casual or fancy large celebrations, whether it is in a home, office, conference room or in the middle of a hay field.
