First Course: Oysters Two Ways- Half Shell with Mignonette Sauce, and Rockefeller with Spinach, Bacon, Leeks, and Hollandaise Sauce

Second Course: Puree of Fresh Asparagus Soup with Lemon Cream and Bacon

Third Course: Angel Hair Pasta with Lump Crab and Lemon Dill Beurre Blanc

Fourth Course: Beef Tenderloin Stuffed with Spinach and Mushrooms with Pommerey Mustard Potatoes and Arugula

Fifth Course: Mocha Tart with Fresh Strawberries and Whipped Cream

$80 per person and must be paid at time of reservation. Price includes taxes but not gratuity. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time.
